Blue and White Flowers

Haven't the foggiest idea what these flowers are but thought they were so pretty and loved the colour. The image is again taken from the Bunch of Botanicals CD and the backing paper is just some I had in my stash. Very simple card to make and I've not put a sentiment on cos don't know who it's going to or what occasion it might be for.

Red Tulip

First card I've made in ages ... been sooo busy making invitations for my cousin whose just been appointed Store Manager of a new store of a very well known supermarket chain!! Felt very privileged that she asked me to make the invitations for her ... quite an honour really.
Anyway back to my card ... the decoupaged image is from "A Bunch of Botanicals" CD by Cupcake Crafting, used Swiss Dots cuttlebug folder for the top bit, romance board for the scalloped edge, computer generated text and finished off with some white pearls ... oh and stuck a bow and some ribbon on to finish off!!

To d .... or not to d ....

..... that is the question. Bet you're wondering what I'm talking about .. yes?
The correct way to spell Grandaughter/Grand-daughter. I never know which is right so I asked the customer first and she wanted it with one d .. so that's what she got.
The card was made with images and backing paper from the new Joanna Sheen Baby Love CD ... some adorable pictures on there and the backing papers are fantastic too.

I know you must all be fed up of seeing my cards made with Freds Flowers, but had a spare pink one floating about and just had to do something with it .. so this is what I did.
A little bit different to my normal layout but just wanted to keep it very simple.
Oh and a message for Jackie (Jazz) if you're reading this. See if you can spot my stamping efforts!! LOL!!

My first 2009 card

I actually sat and made this last night .. New Year's Eve .. instead of partying and drinking copious amounts of alcohol. OK .. I didn't go partying but I did drink quite a bit of alcohol but can't have had that much cos everything looks pretty much straight on the card!!!
I used Fred's Flowers .. again .. and I'll warn you in advance .. just made another card today using the flowers, but the one I just made is quite a bit different to the others. You'll have to wait until tomorrow to see that one cos not enough light here now to take a decent photo of it.
