Little Morehead Girl

Finally got my Martha Stewart doily punch .. had to wait ages for it but it was well worth the wait .. I love it!!
Wasn't too sure if it would punch through the cardstock I was using but crossed my fingers and it went through with no problem at all, saying that the card wasn't that thick so don't think I'd dare try it on something thicker.
I'm in the progress of making another Morehead one so I'll post that when I've finished it.
Hope you're all enjoying your Bank Holiday Weekend xx

Pink Tulip (I think!!!)

Not very good with my flowers but almost certain this is a pink tulip ... if it's not I haven't the foggiest what it is but it's lovely!!!
The tulip (?) is a glittered sticker stuck onto some card and cut out .. the rest of the card is self explanatory .. I think!!!
Hope you all have a lovely weekend xx

What a hoot!!!

I just love the faces on these owls ... can't tell if they're singing or if they've just seen Santa sat on the toilet!!! lol
Kept this one very very simple ... just stuck a few glittery star peel offs on and voila .. job done!!
Check out the other DT members blogs (Jak, Toni and Jackie) and see what they've come up with. You can of course buy all these fantastic sheets from La Pashe.
Keep your eye on all the DT blogs over the next couple of weeks cos we've all got something you might be interested in!!!
Enjoy your evening xx

Imag-e-nation Challenge card

Made this one for the imag-e-nation challenge hosted by Pippa. Not entered one of these for a while .. just not had the time .. but after not entering the last one and getting a right rousting from the host Lynn!! lol ... I thought I'd better make the effort and enter Pippa's before I upset anyone else!!!
This one was easy to do as it had to be for a child between the age of 1 and 12 and for any occasion apart from new baby and christening. I've left it blank so I can add a sentiment later.
I came a very respectable 2nd so I'm well chuffed .. thanks for hosting it Pippa.
Bye for now xx

T'was the night before Christmas ...

... and inside the house
The cat guards his present, ignoring the mouse
This card serves a purpose, to wish you good cheer
Have a really great Christmas and a T'wiffic New Year!!!
and so the verse goes inside this fantastic new La Pashe decoupage set.
I didn't do a great deal with the front of this .. thought it looked lovely as it was with just the gold glitter paper and a couple of white snowflakes for decoration.
Pop over and see how Jak, Toni and Jackie have showcased their sheets and keep checking back here cos I'll have a couple more to show you soon.
Hope you all had a great weekend xx

Pink and Brown Hinged Butterfly card

I've seen these cards before on my blog hopping travels and thought I'd give it a go. Enjoyed making it and found it very easy to make.
I used pink textured card for the top half of the card and the bottom half is Regency from the Papermania Signature range. The sentiment is computer generated and I finished off with a cuttlebug butterfly, pearls and ribbon.
Hope you all had a good weekend xx
