I love the Forever Friends bears and this little chap is from the "Black and Gold" range.
The little bear is a ready made decoupage topper and the backing paper is from the Black and Gold pad. The dots are actually shiny gold but the photo doesn't pick it up too well.Finished off with the usual ribbon and pearls and the border was done using a fiskars border punch.
